Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced (or 1 tsp ground ginger)

  • 2 cups water

  • Juice of ½ a lemon (optional for detox)

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional for soothing throat)

Directions

  • Wash and Peel: Clean your ginger thoroughly and peel off the skin.
